| I visited the Amalfi coast of Italy in January 2017. The Amalfi coast is a summer destination and many shops and restaurants are closed during winter. The upside is that there are very few tourists and little traffic on the torturous, winding cliff-hugging roads that follow the coast. Plus, the winter weather creates highly dramatic light loved by many photographers. |
